Skyland Trail is a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health treatment organization located in Atlanta, GA with a mission to inspire people with mental illness to thrive through a holistic program of evidence-based psychiatric treatment, integrated medical care, research, and education. Since opening in 1989, Skyland Trail has provided hope and recovery to more than 4,500 individuals struggling with mental illnesses. The organization treat teens (ages 14-17) and adults (18+) with bipolar illness, major depression, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorders, as well as those who have complex diagnoses involving substance misuse or personality disorders.
